Create your home emergency plan
Plan before an emergency happens
So you know what to do, who to contact, and where to find important information.
Your plan sets out important names & numbers, and resources during an emergency for your home, family and neighbours.
What do I need to know?
Keep important phone numbers, identity information, and policy numbers all in one place, so they're easy to find when you need them.
How can I prepare?
Your personal circumstances can influence your plan, including how long you'd need to leave, what you'd take, and where you'd go.
If you haven't done so already, check your personal situation
